C.A.F. can raise finance on unencumbered assets. Deal sizes need to be in excess of €100,000. A charge on property (1st or 2nd charge). Legal fees and valuation fees are borne by the client.

This is suitable for companies in a high margin business who need to raise working capital. Interest rates tend to be higher than the normal overdraft rate.
